Founded on October 14, 2019, by Licensed Real Estate Broker Gabriel Villamor Libacao Jr., REB, and Mr. Erwin G. Baguioan, Inner SPARC transitioned from a humble sole proprietorship into a corporation driven by a passion for helping Filipinos achieve homeownership.
